  1. Introduction
    Welcome to www.evisaportal.co.uk (“eVisa Portal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). These Terms govern your use of our website and services related to the facilitation of visa applications to selected countries. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
  2. Our Services
    eVisa Portal, provided by Sandsford Law Ltd, offers assistance in preparing and submitting visa applications for individuals seeking entry to selected countries. We act solely as a third-party service provider to facilitate the submission of visa applications to the relevant authorities. By using our services, you authorize eVisa Portal to act as your agent in submitting your visa application. However, the final decision on your application remains with the destination country’s immigration authorities, and eVisa Portal has no control over or responsibility for the outcome.
  3. No Guarantee of Visa Approval
    eVisa Portal cannot and does not guarantee the approval of any visa application. Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the destination country’s immigration authorities. We are not responsible for decisions made by these authorities, including but not limited to denials, delays, or requests for additional documentation.
  4. Fees and Payment
    All fees for our visa facilitation services are listed on our website and are payable in full upon submission. By making payment, you confirm acceptance of these Terms, including our no-refund policy.
    • Service Fees: Our fees cover the Review , processing and submission of your visa application and are separate from any government or embassy fees that may apply.
    • Non-Refundable: Fees are non-refundable once payment is received and eVisa Portal submits your application. This policy applies regardless of the application outcome or any cancellation requests after submission.
  5. Cancellation Policy
    Once we have received the necessary information and payment, and have submitted your visa application, you cannot cancel your order or request a refund. By submitting your application and agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the commencement of services within the statutory cancellation period, thereby waiving your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
  6. Client Responsibilities
    By using our services, you agree to:
    • Provide accurate and complete information for the visa application.
    • Review all information before submission.
    • Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel date and has sufficient blank pages for visas.
    • Acknowledge that eVisa Portal is not liable for delays or denials due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.
  7. Processing Times
    eVisa Portal’s processing times for reviewing and submitting applications are outlined on our website (e.g., standard service: 5 days, urgent service: 2 days). However, the actual processing times of immigration authorities are beyond our control and may vary due to factors such as government backlogs, political situations, or unforeseen delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by these external factors.
  8. Disclaimer of Liability
    eVisa Portal acts solely as an intermediary and does not issue visas. We are not liable for:
    • Delays in processing or issuance of visas.
    • Denial of visas by immigration authorities.
    • Any consequential damages or losses resulting from visa denials, delays, or errors by third parties.
    • Any losses incurred due to errors, omissions, or delays caused by government agencies or other third parties.

If eVisa Portal makes an error in the submission of your application, we will be responsible only for the visa resubmission fee.

    We are committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018. Personal information collected during the visa application process is used solely for the purposes of facilitating your application.   2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

    We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure awareness of any changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
